Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how Orange IT Services SA ("Orange ITS", "we") processes personal data collected through this website, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Who we are

Orange IT Services SA, Corso San Gottardo 34, 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland. Company No. CHE-274.020.172. Contact: hello@orange-its.ch.

Data we collect

When you submit a form we collect the data you provide (name, email, company, phone, message) together with technical metadata used to improve our service and measure marketing effectiveness: the page the form was submitted from, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, ad click identifiers, language and browser information.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide our services, and to understand which channels bring us relevant enquiries so we can invest responsibly in marketing. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Private discovery agent

If you use an invitation-only discovery session, we process the profile details you provide, the conversation, model usage records, your accepted legal versions, and up to two pages of public company-website context. This data is used to provide and secure the session and is retained for up to 90 days. A summary is sent to our team only after you explicitly agree to human follow-up.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@orange-its.ch.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential first-party cookies to operate the site and, where you consent, third-party analytics and advertising tools to measure performance. Independently of optional consent, a first-party session identifier helps us understand navigation and campaign attribution. We retain the associated pages, referrer, campaign parameters and origin IP address for up to 180 days under our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the site. Server access logs, including IP addresses, may be retained for up to one year. Campaign parameters may also be stored with an enquiry. We also retain local browser automation check results and coarse activity summaries (visible time, clicks, scroll depth, and whether pointer, touch or keyboard interaction occurred) with that session. We do not record typed text, pointer coordinates or a browser fingerprint identifier; these checks do not send data to the BotD provider.
