Terms for the private Orange ITS pre-sales discovery agent.
Purpose
The agent supports an initial discovery conversation. It does not provide a binding proposal, quote, contract, implementation plan, legal advice, or a guarantee of results.
Session limits
An invitation is personal, expires after seven days, and can be redeemed once. A conversation lasts up to 90 minutes and accepts up to 30 prospect messages.
Responsible use
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment data, government identifiers, confidential datasets, or content you are not authorized to share.
Company website review
After you start, the service may read your company homepage and one general company page. Extracted information is treated as untrusted and may be inaccurate.
Human follow-up
Orange ITS sends a discovery summary to its team only after you give explicit permission in the conversation. The full transcript and hidden model reasoning are not included.
Retention and review
Profile, session, company context, and conversation data are retained for up to 90 days. These terms and the related privacy wording require legal review before production use.
